3-day training course “Communicate with ease and impact” (in English)
It is easy to work hard and difficult to work with ease. Recognizable?
Often we get the request if we can offer a multi-day training for professionals in the field of personal development, communication and stress prevention to enhance the insights, knowledge and benefits of the Lighthouse programs in a professional environment. The answer is yes and it might be good to know that we offer this training course in Dutch and English. The aim is to give you the skills, tools and insights to have more ease, more fun and more effectiveness in your life and career.
In this open-enrollment intensive training program we take you on a journey of discovery who you are as a professional. You will get enlightening insights into your stressors and practical tools that will help you to communicate stronger, dare to say ‘no’ more easily and make more impact with your message and vision. In addition, this multi-day training course offers space for gaining new energy through inspiration, reflection and relaxation. The main benefit is the transition from stress to effectiveness.

In short, with this training you give yourself tools to keep body and mind in balance and you gain renewed strength to show yourself constructively to the world. Get rid of the lethargy and burnout(like) symptoms and create more job satisfaction.

Rate 3-day training incl. accommodation and F&B package €1599,- excl. vat
Including:
- Participation in the multi-day training program.
- 2 nights in a room for individual use in the new 4**** hotel Inntel Marina Beach Scheveningen. See tab ‘Accommodation’ for more info about this hotel.
- 2 x breakfast, 2 x lunch and 2 x 2 course dinner with coffee/tea.
- Free access to spa flow wellness center.
- Personal attention is guaranteed by a small group of max. 10 participants.

Program
Wednesday: Day 1
10.00 – 10.30: Welcome, landing and expectations
We start with an inventory of your goals, wishes and expectations, so that we can match the program accordingly. Our wish for you? That after 3 intensive training days you can get back to work full of energy, with a smile and with a nicely filled toolbox.
10.30 – 11.45: Relaxing in the heat of the moment
Relaxation is the basis of a good performance. In this section you will learn different relaxation techniques, so that you can choose which one suits you. In a practical way you learn to relax and gain insight into how to tackle stress in daily life. These techniques can help you at times when it gets exciting and/or difficult.
12.00 – 12.45: Focus by slowing down
A common problem is losing focus. As Gandhi said, “I have so much to accomplish today that I must meditate for two hours instead of one”. Many people don’t have the luxury of meditating for two hours (or an hour) a day, so that’s why we give you a short, efficient and above all effective alternative to quickly find your focus.
13.00 – 14.00: Lunch
14.00 – 16.00: From head to body and soul
We spend a lot of time in our heads and almost forget to “be” there. This is a pity because in addition to stress, it also leads to unnecessary errors and (minor) irritations in the workplace. In this section you will learn to stay out of thinking and be present. So you can really react to what’s happening. And that really puts you in touch with your interlocutor.
16.00 – 18.30: Leisure
Enjoy the wonderful wellness facilities or beautiful inspiring surroundings. Or book a wonderful massage treatment or individual coaching session.
18.30 – 20.00: Dinner
20.30 – 21.30: Yin yoga class optional
Yin yoga is a beautiful but also confrontational form of yoga that gives insight into how to deal with resistance. Are you going to fight it or can you let it?
Thursday: Day 2
08.30: Breakfast
09.30 – 12.30: To lead solidly
To ensure a sustainable effect, we start the morning with a communication training. How can you constructively ensure that you get others with you? How do you ask for help and how do you delegate? Saying no is also an important theme.
13.00 – 14.00: Lunch
14.00 – 16.30: Make more impact
In the afternoon you will learn how to represent yourself more powerfully. Use posture and voice to make an impact. Many of the stress problems are caused by not being taken seriously.
16.30 – 19.00: Leisure
Take a nice walk or enjoy the wonderful wellness facilities. Or book a wonderful massage treatment or individual coaching session.
19.00 – 20.30: Dinner
21.00 – 22.00: Yoga Nidra class (optional)
Not being able to sleep is an important reason for physical and mental complaints. Yoga Nidra helps to relax, so that after a good night’s sleep you are ready for the new day.
Friday: Day 3
08.30: Breakfast
09.30 – 11.30: Write freely
A proven writing method used on prestigious Executive MBAs programs gives the possibility to reflect in a constructive way.
Mistakes are never pleasant, but by being able to deal with them constructively, they make you stronger. In this block you will work with pen and paper and learn a technique that helps with everything you do. You can easily apply this technique to your work environment or even in your private life.
11.30 – 12.30: And what’s next?
On the beach you get the time and space to reflect by means of exercises. A beautiful conclusion to review your themes of the past days and give them a place.
13.00 – 14.00: Lunch and end of program
14.00 – 17.00: Leisure time
You can use your hotel room and the spa flow wellness center until 17:00pm. Or use this moment to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and tune out slowly.

Accommodation and date
This training program is provided in the recently opened luxurious 4-star hotel Inntel Marina Beach Scheveningen. Right on the beach and within walking distance of Scheveningen pier. The views from the hotel are really amazing.
The City view rooms are wonderfully bright and overlook the skyline of The Hague and port. The design is inspired by the adjacent port.
On the top floor is the wellness center ‘Spa Flow’ with beautiful views over the beach and the sea. The wellness area is equipped with an infinity pool, steam room, sauna and a separate gym.
The serene atmosphere of the Dutch coast together with 4-star comfort make this the ultimate place to support you in your journey of discovery.

Trainer
This training program is supervised by Ilona Eichhorn, (communication) trainer and senior advisor. Ilona combines her extensive experience as a trainer and coach with her passion for Yoga, Breathing & Relaxation Techniques.
As a former partner of Debat.NL, a training organization in the field of persuasion, presentation and debate, she knows that hard work can only be done with a healthy foundation. That was her motivation to follow a yoga teacher training in Bali and specialize in Respiratory and Relaxation Therapy (Dixhoorn’s method). Ilona obtained an executive MBA at Nyenrode and has a background in Tax Law, Natural Sciences & Innovation Management.
With her charming approach, sense of humor and ability to ask questions that trigger the mind, she knows how to take everyone on their own journey from start to finish. Thanks to her sharp analytical skills and with her educational background, she feels at home in numerous subjects.
