EFT & Coaching

EFT is the ultimate way to solve problems such as phobias, fear of failure, smoking, eating disorders or self-confidence issues.

Many problems have another cause than we initially think. This is why we cannot seem to solve them. We are not aware of what triggers the problem, and do not realise that when such a trigger occurs, our energy becomes blocked — and in a blocked state, it is simply impossible to solve the problem. EFT investigates the true causes of your problem and then acts twofold: the treatment reprogrammes both our thoughts — so that we no longer hold onto what we want to release — and our energy system — so the energy no longer blocks when a trigger occurs. This addresses the problem at its root, so it doesn’t return.

What does an EFT treatment involve?
The EFT method is a cross between psychotherapy and acupuncture, except it doesn’t use needles. A session starts with a conversation, during which we identify the core of the problem together. Then, we evaluate the influence of the problem on your behaviour. Then the treatment can begin: we focus on the causes and repeat a reversed affirmation out loud, while stimulating the energy pathways in the body through ‘tapping’ the meridians. We keep repeating and refining this process until the influence is ’0′.

A practical example:
Hannah had been trying to stop smoking for years, without real success. Only when we went digging deeper during an EFT session did she realise that she mainly smoked to be distracted during moments of stress or solitude. Once she worked on that, not only was she far better able to cope with stress and solitude, but stopping smoking became a piece of cake.

The effectiveness of EFT has been proven for cases including:
- acute emotions or stress
- phobias (from fear of heights to fear of spiders)
- stop smoking (and other addictions and eating disorders)
- self-confidence issues (not finding yourself pretty or good enough, fear of failure)
- traumas and old emotions

EFT and Coaching
The EFT sessions are given by Eelke Pollé. Thanks to her ample experience, she is able to act as a coach for you, as well as facilitating an EFT session (small issues are often solved within one EFT session). Ideal if you would like to work on several issues, or simply need a partner who can stand by your side in the longer run with support and advice. Together, we look at what you specifically need and which course of action best fits that need. A few examples of previous experiences are given below.

Duration and costs
The duration varies widely depending on the person and issue. On average, a session lasts 1.5 hours. Costs are EUR 60 per hour.

Book an appointment
Appointments can be made both during office hours as in the evenings and weekends.

EFT response

“I’d never even heard of EFT, but was so tired of my struggle with eating and kilos that I sought out a way to tackle it at the root. During the treatment, I felt a bit giggly because I found the “tapping” quite strange, to say the least. But within the 4 days following the first treatment, I already noticed such a fantastic difference… my struggle was over! I, the emotional eater, suddenly could simply say no to food because I had no desire for it. I now eat when I am hungry and enjoy doing so, without struggle, without guilt. Never thought it ever could happen… I now can and dare say out loud that food is no longer my enemy. And I also became a whole lot wiser about myself. Thanks to Eelke, what a warm woman… so I thank you, Eelke, for this radical change in my life.” Miranda de Fouw

“Empowering! Eelke is a uniquely talented personal coach. By using her combined skills of intuition, cleverness and personal experience, she was able to help me find the keys to unlock even some of my most ancient inner blockages. Her contagious enthusiasm ensures that questions and solutions are always approached from a positive perspective and with a smile — right from the heart. Her suggestions are straight to the point, right on the mark, and immediately usable.
Last but not least, her approach is an empowering one. She merely helps to clarify the important choices to be made, but always leaves them to the individual. All in all, she has been a great mirror, and a super-sharp one at that. Thanks, Eelke!”
